The inspection request form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, property city or ZIP code, and a short description of your concern. A full street address is not requested at this stage.

You are not required to use the form. You can reach Mystical by phone at (562) 789-1941 instead.

When you submit the inspection request form, the information you provide is used to respond to your request, to create and manage a basic business record of the request, and to notify Mystical’s business intake inbox so the request can be followed up.

Limited technical information is also used to prevent abuse and keep the service secure, for example to block automated or repeated submissions.

Form information is kept separate from website analytics and is not sent to Google Analytics.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tools and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website and to improve website performance and usability.

These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, website interactions, session statistics, approximate geographic location, browser type, device type, and identifiers stored in first-party cookies.

We do not intentionally send information submitted through our contact or inspection-request forms — including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property addresses, or message text — to Google Analytics.

Our current analytics implementation is intended for website measurement and service improvement. We do not currently use it for remarketing or personalized advertising.

Google may process analytics information according to its own privacy policies and terms. Visitors may use browser settings, privacy controls, or available Google Analytics opt-out tools to limit certain tracking technologies.

If you use our Termite Photo Check, the photos, answers, and description you submit are sent to a third-party AI service to generate general guidance. Mystical does not save your photos, answers, or description to its database or file storage. To limit repeated use, we keep a temporary technical record derived from your connection. It does not contain your photos, answers, or description. Do not include people, documents, or other personal information in your photos. If you choose to add your name and a phone number or email at the end of the Photo Check, those details and your answers and description (not your photos) are sent to Mystical's customer records system so we can follow up.

The only uploads on this website are the photos you can submit through the Termite Photo Check. See the Termite Photo Check section above for how those photos are handled. Do not send other documents or photographs through this website; ask by phone how to share them securely.

Mystical uses approved service providers for website hosting, data storage, and delivery of protected notifications to its business inbox. These providers process form information only to provide those services. The website also creates ordinary hosting and network records when pages and external font files are requested.

This website is intended for property owners and professionals, not for children.

This policy will be updated when the website’s handling of information changes. The revised policy will describe the practices in place at that time.
